Terveen Automations is owned and led by Austin Terveen, Founder. This website describes our customer acquisition services. It is an informational website; browsing it does not purchase services or reserve a territory.

Our services

Services may include paid advertising, lead follow-up, qualification, and appointment booking for remodeling contractors. A separate written agreement defines the services, responsibilities, fees, advertising budget, and delivery schedule for each engagement.

Pricing and payment

We offer fixed monthly management and performance-based pricing depending on the service, market, and agreed volume. Clients generally fund advertising spend separately. Your written agreement defines service fees, advertising costs, billing schedule, delivery scope, and any renewal terms before launch. This website does not collect payments.

Service duration

Engagements are generally month-to-month unless the individual client agreement specifies a different minimum term. Your agreement defines the start, delivery schedule, renewal conditions, and any required cancellation notice.

Performance commitments

Certain programs include a written money-back performance guarantee. The exact performance target, qualification criteria, guarantee period, client responsibilities, and refund eligibility are defined in the individual client agreement before launch. No universal number of leads, appointments, jobs, or revenue is promised on this website. We do not guarantee closed jobs or revenue unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Campaign outcomes vary.

Territory availability

Territory exclusivity, where offered, is limited to the trade, geography, and duration expressly agreed in writing. A website visit or inquiry does not establish exclusivity.

Cancellation and refunds

Either party may cancel future service according to the individual client agreement. Fees already earned and advertising spend already used remain due. Refund eligibility, including any money-back performance guarantee, is defined in that agreement, subject to applicable law. Review your notice period, cancellation process, and guarantee conditions before purchasing. To request cancellation or a refund review, email terveenautomations@gmail.com with your business name and the engagement concerned. Requests are handled according to your agreed terms.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information and the access and materials agreed for the engagement. Contractors remain responsible for their estimates, sales decisions, licensing, and delivery of their own services.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or present its content as your own. External websites and services have their own terms. We may update this website and these terms.
