BOOKED CONSULTATION

Kitchen enlargement

A remodeling appointment notification records a homeowner’s kitchen enlargement project.

SCHEDULED CONSULTATION

Bathroom remodel

An in-home consultation brief records a homeowner’s plans to update an existing bathroom.

What happens on the discovery call?

We discuss your service area, preferred projects, current marketing, and capacity for estimates. From there, we can discuss a campaign scope, budget, and whether a program fits your business. Booking a call does not purchase services.

What counts as a qualified opportunity?

We define this together before launch. Criteria may include homeowner status, service area, project type, and valid contact information. Your agreement sets the exact rules used to measure performance.

How does pricing work?

We offer fixed monthly management and performance-based pricing, depending on the service, market, and agreed volume. Clients generally fund advertising separately. Your agreement sets the service fees, ad budget, billing schedule, and delivery scope before launch.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Engagements are generally month-to-month unless your client agreement specifies a different minimum term. Review your agreement for any notice period and renewal conditions.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Certain programs include a written money-back performance guarantee. The target, qualification criteria, measurement period, client responsibilities, and refund eligibility are defined in your agreement before launch. There is no universal lead or appointment guarantee on this website.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Either party may cancel future service according to the individual agreement. Fees already earned and advertising spend already used remain due. Refund eligibility, including any performance guarantee, follows the written terms of your program. Contact us by email for help with your engagement.

Will you work with another remodeler in my area?

Where offered, exclusivity covers one contractor in the trade and territory defined in your agreement. Availability, boundaries, and duration are confirmed before you sign.

Are the results a guarantee for my business?

No. The examples illustrate individual outcomes, not an average or forecast. We do not guarantee closed jobs or revenue unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Your market, budget, offer, and sales process affect results.
